The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) is a public health agency incorporated under the HPPA and governed by the Board of Health for the District of Thunder Bay. TBDHU is seeking proposals for the provision of a needs assessment and identifying the specific requirements for a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the build of a new corporate website as further described in the Scope of Work. The successful proponent will engage with TBDHU teams to identify business needs and propose strategic web design solutions. The ultimate deliverable will be a detailed report to inform an RFP to build a new accessible (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), mobile-friendly, and responsive website that meets modern website usability and technological standards. |
